1. Agreement to Terms

2. Confidentiality

All materials, communications, documents, financial data, templates, and tools provided to you by ZENYTE are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any of this information to third parties without written permission from ZENYTE.
Likewise, all information you provide to ZENYTE as part of your participation in any program, onboarding, consultation, or evaluation will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services or improving your experience.

3. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments — including monthly subscription fees, onboarding fees, or any other fees paid to ZENYTE — are non-refundable.
Once a payment is submitted, it secures your access to proprietary content, consulting hours, platform integrations, or project timelines, and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Please make sure to review all details and ask any questions before proceeding with payment.

4. Service Modifications & Cancellation

ZENYTE reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of its services with or without notice. While we aim to provide ongoing support and innovation, access to features, integrations, and support tools may evolve as we grow. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, you must provide written notice 14 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All logos, brand language, software, written materials, service names, and proprietary methods are owned by ZENYTE Holdings Corp. and may not be reproduced or used without express written consent.
