Senior Financial Analyst

Overview:
ZENYTE Holdings Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to help us manage and prepare financial models, monthly reporting, and investor-ready documentation. You’ll support our team as we build a portfolio of healthcare practices and prepare for institutional investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage financial models and forecasts
  • Assist in due diligence and capital access packet creation
  • Prepare investor presentations and reporting documents
  • Track financial performance across the portfolio

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Background in finance, accounting, or investment analysis
  • Comfortable with startup environments and shifting priorities

Customer Success & Operations Lead

Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Customer Success & Operations Lead to help onboard Med-Spa practices into our platform. You’ll be responsible for managing data collection, supporting onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between the practices and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new Med-Spa partners
  • Collect and organize practice financial and demographic data
  • Ensure practices are using our platform tools effectively
  • Track service delivery and follow up on outstanding tasks

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in Excel and CRM tools
  • Prior experience in client onboarding or customer support a plus

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time / Contract

Overview:
ZENYTE is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help coordinate development efforts with our agency and manage tech-related timelines. You’ll be a bridge between the founder’s vision and the developers building the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements and features
  • Coordinate timelines with developers and external partners
  • Review progress and help ensure deliverables are met
  • Track bugs, feedback, and feature requests

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in product or program management roles
