ZENYTE Holdings Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to help us manage and prepare financial models, monthly reporting, and investor-ready documentation. You’ll support our team as we build a portfolio of healthcare practices and prepare for institutional investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage financial models and forecasts
- Assist in due diligence and capital access packet creation
- Prepare investor presentations and reporting documents
- Track financial performance across the portfolio
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Background in finance, accounting, or investment analysis

Customer Success & Operations Lead
Location: Remote

Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Customer Success & Operations Lead to help onboard Med-Spa practices into our platform. You’ll be responsible for managing data collection, supporting onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between the practices and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding for new Med-Spa partners
- Collect and organize practice financial and demographic data
- Ensure practices are using our platform tools effectively
- Track service delivery and follow up on outstanding tasks
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in Excel and CRM tools
- Prior experience in client onboarding or customer support a plus
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Location: Remote

Overview:
ZENYTE is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help coordinate development efforts with our agency and manage tech-related timelines. You’ll be a bridge between the founder’s vision and the developers building the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements and features
- Coordinate timelines with developers and external partners
- Review progress and help ensure deliverables are met
- Track bugs, feedback, and feature requests
